Googlesomething like 'Assassin's creed 2 controller fix' and you'll find a bunch of results explaining how to use x360ce to get things working. Good luck, I was never able to get it fully functioning. It'll make a Xbox 360 controller profile. Then just press each button on your controller to make sure it's all registering.
